Investors' views on early IFRS implementation

Last week, AFG (the French Asset Management Association) and FFSA (French Insurers' Association) jointly released a study whose preparation I coordinated, on Investors' views on early IFRS implementation. This is one of the first such studies which specifically focuses on the investors' and users' perspective, as opposed to many studies that look at IFRS implementation from an issuer's viewpoint.

Book Review: Amy Chua's World On Fire, on nonfiction.fr

I forgot to post this in due time - this book review was published in early October on nonfiction.fr, a promising new French website on, well, new nonfiction publications (disclosure: I am a minority investor in the company that develops the site).

With power scattered across several centres, it is increasingly difficult for policymakers to play their role of market guarantor of last resort - but this role is no less important than it ever was.
