The Peterson Institute and Bruegel published this Working Paper, in which Morris Goldstein and I analyze historical and structural differences between the US and EU, which help explain the differences in policy debates and decisions on the "too-big-to-fail" problem which lies at the core of current prudential regulatory debates.

I was a Proud Canadian but I tired of the immigrants of the past 25 years. WE are becoming a "use to be country".What have you done for Canada lately.
