The piece attempts to assess the financial reform induced by the crisis so far, and to see the forest for the trees - a challenging task given the multiplicity of reform initiatives and the unfinished nature of most of them.

This assessment is really so good i have checked this assessment of financial reforms. I also think that financial reforms should be modified and all these reforms should be changed a bit. There must be some innovative ideas so that reforms can be more effective.
