Taking Stock of the EU Single Resolution Board

My study on the Single Resolution Board (SRB) was just published by the European Parliament, in advance of a hearing of SRB Chair Ms Elke König next week. The SRB is an important pillar of Europe's fledgling banking union, and mine is one of the very first assessments of its performance as a recently established authority (following a report by the European Court of Auditors published in December 2017).
