Memo to the next EU Commissioner for Financial Services

Bruegel today released a series of memos for the new EU leadership, as it had done earlier in 2009 and 2014. I contributed a memo for the member of the European Commission who will be in charge of financial services policy, which can be read from this link or here in PDF.
